- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any industry
- Possess a valid Class D driving license, company car is available for work-related travel.
- Able to converse well in English & Mandarin.
- Basic Social Media Management skills (posting FB/IG according to standards).
- Passionate about inspiring college students (primarily aged 18 - 24).
- Any prior experiences in a mentoring / client facing role
- Has a learning mindset
- Provide counselling on higher education guidance to prospective students and/or parents.
- Achieving individual enrolment targets set by management/HOD.
- Execute on campus activities to drive student recruitment.
- Planning & attending school/ education fairs as part of the student recruitment drive.
- Maintaining accurate records (Customer Relationship Management).
- To assist in any student support activities (Class coordination, student advisory, etc).
- Perform or handle additional tasks given by management/HOD.
- High commission / incentive rate
- Average performers would typically earn RM8,500 in commission annually.
- Good working culture.
