Requirements

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Preferably language(s): Bahasa Malaysia (speak & write)
• Computer literate: MS Office
• Able work in Kuala Lumpur Area

• Provide a quotation to the client contacted by our WhatsApp platform(basic math needed)
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet our daily requirements
• Keep records of our potential customers in (Ms Office)
