1. Education and Experience:

  • A solid foundation in marketing, certifications or additional education in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or related fields would be beneficial.
2. Sales Expertise:
  • Developing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the goals. This involves analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and creating targeted plans to drive sales.
  • A proven ability to generate leads through various channels, including online marketing, networking, and relationship-building.
3. Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for our agency.
  • Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Regularly analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of different campaigns and channels, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
4. Collaboration and Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, brands, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
5. Brand Collaboration:
  • Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships with brands to enhance the visibility and desirability of properties.
  • Proven ability to integrate brand messaging into marketing campaigns effectively.
6. Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing plans and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating compelling marketing collateral and presentations.
7. Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the real estate industry and changing market conditions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Tanggungjawab

1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and enhance the agency\'s brand visibility.
  • Align marketing plans with overall business objectives and sales targets.
2. Collaborate with Developers and Brands:
  • Work closely with property developers and brands to establish collaborations and partnerships that enhance the marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage brand partnerships to add value to the real estate offerings.
3. Lead and Manage the Marketing Team:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.
5. Digital Marketing Management:
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, PPC advertising, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure a strong online presence and effective use of digital channels to reach target audiences.
6. Event Planning and Execution:
  • Organize and participate in events such as property expos, open houses, and networking functions.
  • Coordinate logistics, create promotional materials, and ensure a positive event experience.
7. Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to attract potential buyers.
  • Optimize lead conversion processes and work with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
8. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
9. Branding and Positioning:
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the real estate agency.
  • Define and communicate the agency\'s unique selling propositions to differentiate IT in the market.
