Location : Petaling Jaya

Salary : RM 7,000 - 9,000 basic + allowance

• Develop and implement the overall strategic plan, create customer base and new market penetration, product planning and distribution, customer service and pricing.
• Executes forecasting & planning on the marketing strategy in consultation with the top management.
• Implement and execute sales & marketing strategy with P&L responsibility.
• Facilitate and rollout marketing plans via multiple channels (e.g., participating trade fair and exhibition, project bidding, product promotion via digital platform
• Responsible to deliver expected and targeted business results and other KPIs as given by the superior.
• Build relationships with major stakeholders such as customers, business partners, and industry communities.
• Develop and manage a team of staff, KPI setting and performance management.

Requirements:

• A Degree or Master Degree holder in engineering
• 3 - 4 years in building or construction materials, steel, industrial material industry
• Experience in metal and manufacturing industry particularly in cut and bend business segment would be an advantage
• Good analytical, presentation skills and able to think out of the box
• Possessed strategic thinking skill, keep abreast with competitor\'s latest pricing and able to strategize competitive pricing for the customers
• Demonstrate strong business acumen
• Ability to work effectively and result oriented
• Ability to work independently whilst leading a team of direct reports
• Excellent communication skill, competency in both oral and written English
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
• Salary package includes basic + fixed allowance + claims for petrol/toll/parking & etc
