Job Description


Employment type: Full time Multiple Positions to be filled in Penang and Kuala Lumpur respectively. Kuala Lumpur\xe2\x80\x99s position will be on remote basis. \xc2\xb7 The Sales & Marketing Manager is a role responsible for building and generating new commercial sales pipeline and target through leads and creative marketing outreach for the promotional launch and marketing implementation of our new online gaming mobile apps. The role is tasked with managing organizational sales strategically, developing and qualifying revenue opportunities, developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Work closely with Marketing and Sales team headquartered in Penang in the mentioned capacity. Other responsibilities include:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the marketing and sales pipeline based on partnerships and referral programs.
  • Proactively identify decision makers in strategic accounts through creative research.
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, email and social strategies.
  • Drive sales and marketing growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the HOD.
  • To be proactive in submitting ideas on New Mobile Games.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of your assigned sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Prepare proposal and e-Marketing Kit for prospects.
  • Conduct Online & Offline Researches:
Online Research: about competitor\'s strategy via community, social media, discord platform & other gaming forum, Play Store & App Store and other online channels. Also, to work closely with In-Bound Marketing. Offline Research: conduct research on competitor\xe2\x80\x99s Mobile Game Sales & Marketing Strategy via gaming observation at exhibitions or events.
  • Deliver seamless presentations about the company\xe2\x80\x99s app to successfully establish partnerships and introduce referral program to prospects.
  • Drive consistent daily monitoring on sales performance via website portal.
  • Report of all marketing and sales activities as required.
  • Draft of agreements, including deliverable, commission rate and related info.
  • Propose, negotiate and close deals successfully.
  • Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager.
  • Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration/ Management / Sales and Marketing / PR or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with strong exposure to large Corporate accounts.
  • Solution/product oriented and interested in improving the service/product and integration with other services.
  • Familiarization with Mobile Gaming, TikTokers, Youtubers and Instagrammers will be an added advantage.
  • Charismatic, confident and fluid communication style, able to naturally engage, influence, and persuade.
  • High-Energy, outgoing and have a positive mindset.
  • Highly self-discipline, self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with good teamwork spirit.
  • Proactive in learning and attending to clients.
  • Result orientated, assertive and willing to take up challenges to achieve sales target.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Database management, etc.
  • Multilingual individual must be fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are an added advantage.
  • Applicant must possess own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
