JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru
- Industry: Food manufacturing
- Job Scope:
- To lead the Sales and Marketing team.
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Provide sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Degree/diploma in any field.
- 5-8 years experience in food industry sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
