If you aim to become a leader and lead a sales team to success but yet to have the exposure, we want you!You will play an essential role in:-

• Responsible for sales & marketing of sanitary wares, tap fittings, shower screen, tiles & other finishing material to construction projects.
• Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Conduct product presentation, introduction, and demonstration.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
• Negotiates with principals for the best pricing and other terms in the company\'s best interest.
• To follow up on delivery, shortage & complaint matters.
• To achieve monthly collection target
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required

ResponsibilitiesWhat help you excel in this role:

• Good contact with developer, architect & interior designer.
• Independent with great strategic thinking, analytical, planning and presentation skill
• Good Management Skills plus ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Good commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation skill, communication skill, and team management ability
• Proactive and lead by example
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word), accounting software, RM, and general computer skill.
• Possess good written and communication skills in English
• At least 3 years of hands-on relevant experiences.
