We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to enhance our market presenceREQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferably work experience with Medical and Healthcare products or Optical companies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Language: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain and expand the customer base.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
