Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Prefer at least 5 years experience in Oil Supply Sector is an advantage.
Good communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking client
Required Skill in Sales Marketing, Team Leading, Relationship building skills, Organization & Project Management, Strategic Thinking, Decision Making, Presentation, Problem Solving, Negotiation
Can work independently with minimum supervision and self-motivated
Monthly income excludes lucrative commission and allowances, which may very due to the sales achieved during the month.
Responsibilities:
To develop and implement plans and programs to achieve budgeted sales, profit and stock objectives for the Company.
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and determine product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
Ensure effective communication of marketing plans and strategies to the sales team to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Monitor, evaluate and improve product sales performance by consistently reviewing promotions and recommending corrective actions for subsequent activities.
To provide business leadership and direction of the Company\'s products in order to aggressively build the Company\'s business with all customers.
Lead, train new and existing sales teams and establish sales territory.
Acquisition of new clients.
Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels.
Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals.
Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
Formulate the annual marketing plan for the company. Effectively manage budget allocation for marketing activities.
Always review product pricing strategies that are appropriate to market conditions.
Review and present marketing recommendations and reports on campaign effectiveness and performance.
Ensure to maintain of customer relationships by obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline.
Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
