You will oversee a team, manage budgets, develop strategic marketing plans, and handle relations with agents. Your creativity and leadership will be vital in promoting our projects and driving our market presence.Key Responsibilities1. Market Sales.
Lead and manage the sales for our projects, ensuring targets are met.2. Strategic Planning.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.3. Team Leadership.
Monitor the Team Leader and Assistant Marketing Manager to ensure they meet their sales targets.4. Budget Management.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets, sales forecasts, and detailed pricing strategies.5. Strategic Implementation.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans.6. Budget Oversight.
Manage sales/marketing operating budgets.7. Advertising & Promotion.
Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities.8. Market Analysis.
Manage overall sales and marketing activities, including market research, advertising, and promotional plans.9. Reporting.
Prepare monthly sales reports to track progress and outcomes.10. Agent Relations.
Handle and maintain relationships with sales agents.Requirements1. Salary.
The expected basic salary range is RM8,000 to RM10,000, with additional incentives.2. Experience.
At least 5 years of property sales experience in a property development company and experience managing a sales team.3. Education.
Degree holder.4. Age.
