We are a new ecosystem that offers small businesses and consumers a simpler way to digitally transform. Think Eventbrite, MailChimp, DV360, and Instapage all in one. and yes we\xe2\x80\x99re taking them all on including Google. We also count over 4500 direct premium publishers, Global advertisers and their agencies as customers and we seek to forge deeper conversations with them all and our new SMB and consumer audiences. We currently have staff in the UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan.

About the Role

To be our champion in driving users/businesses into the platform. We want you to help SMEs realized how easy it is to digitally transform via a single platform.

You will manage all aspects of digital marketing especially PR & social media channels that engages small and medium sized businesses to drive subscriptions and oversee the sales and partnership programmes to drive more users into the platform. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone to come in to build and implement their own strategy and have the entrepreneurial spirit to shape the new Microsoft or Google of the world.

Key responsibilities:

Sales

• Develop and implement a sales plan based on the assigned sales targets

• Work with affiliates and qualifying direct leads to closing new deals/opportunities

• Develop a healthy sales pipeline 30/60/90 days to ensure targets achievements.

• Preparation of sales proposals, attending client meetings and pitches

• Create and implement a Marketing plan especially digital that supports the various business target audience groups including Premium publisher adoption of the platform

• Nurture existing publishing partnerships and develop partnership programme

• Develop relevant content targeting Small & Medium sized businesses for Malaysia & Singapore

• Oversee social media presence and content initiatives

• Attend or support Events that drive subscriptions

• Oversee a search strategy

• Produce Creative content for the marketing strategy

• Support larger client pitches

• Build out a team especially freelance and chat to support subscriptions

• 3-5 years Sales and Marketing experience in a working environment

• 3-5 years digital and social media experience in a working environment

• A proven track record in implementing digital campaign plans that deliver results

• Google Search and Programmatic experience a bonus

• Outstanding English and a clear communicator

• Works well in a team but also comfortable using own initiative

• Resilient and able to function under pressure and deliver high standards under tight deadlines.
