Job Responsibilities: Competently develop and manage agents and customers in assigned regions. To formulate effective sales channels and marketing activities to increase sales activities in local and international markets. Business development of new products and drive new product development projects and innovative marketing concept. Regular reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue. To update the Management on market intelligence and analysis from time to time. Assist in annual budget setting and formulation of marketing plan. Ultimately to lead a sales and marketing team to meet the set budget Be part of the raw materials procurement team. Be able to travel and meet customers and represent the company at trade fairs and event Job Requirements: Degree in related discipline i.e. Business; Chemistry; Biotechnology or Food Technology A minimum of 5-7 years related regional marketing and sales working experience in specialities ingredients in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or technical products. Proven track record in sales and marketing. Knowledge of marketing strategy and international sales channels will be added advantages. Ability to prepare reports and use the appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analysing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends. Experience in managing and leading a team of sales and marketing personnel to meet the set budget. 5 days week job. Based at Prai, Penang
