The sales & marketing team\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. They are also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist customers to make the right purchase according to their needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to customers\' queries \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for processing payments \xe2\x80\xa2 Balancing cash with total sales and handing over daily cash to supervisor at the end of day \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for store security \xe2\x80\xa2 Be involved with stock management, including receiving stocks from the warehouse/other branches Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience as a Sales & marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills (can speak Chinese is an advantages) \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical and multitasking skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Teamwork and motivational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus Interested candidate can email your full resume to admin@racks.com.my complete with your passport picture.
