Job Summary:The Telesales Executive for Auto Loans will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting auto loan products, and converting leads into sales. The role demands excellent communication skills, an understanding of the auto finance market, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.The RoleKey Responsibilities: * Customer Outreach:

  • Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and explain auto loan products.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide information about eligibility criteria, and explain loan terms.
  • Sales and Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Lead Management:
  • Follow up on leads provided by the marketing or dealership teams.
  • Manage and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with the companyxe2x80x99s auto loan offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Understand competitive offerings to effectively position the companyxe2x80x99s products.
  • Documentation and Coordination:
  • Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure all required documents are collected and submitted.
  • Coordinate with the processing and approval teams to ensure timely disbursement of loans.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and market conditions.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Luxury and Financial Services.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
