Job Description
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the support of sales & marketing activities
Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls and email enquiry
Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
To assist sales & project team for the ad hoc job assigned.
