Job Description
: Set, align, drive merchant supply mid to long term strategy and target for ShopeeFood while ensure budget efficiency Strategize for merchant investment with Business Development Team to help maximizing customer promotion Analyze on merchant performance to improve merchant quality and category diversification Requirements: Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Business administration, Economics, Engineering or related field from a recognized university Minimum 4 years of work experience in a related field Experience from e-commerce, e-wallet, food delivery industry, other tech company or top tier management consulting would be an advantage Experience with sale team planning and/or headcount planning is highly preferred Strong analytical skills and understand big picture overview and overall direction with experience using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Google Suites Strong leadership skills and able to cascade down direction to team member Able to initiate, evaluate and manage the objective to meet key objective Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
