Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to manage and execute daily documentation tasks, including the preparation of quotations, packing lists, pro forma invoices, and invoices.

\xc2\xb7 Develop a comprehensive understanding of all documentation involved in customer orders and deliveries.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and track deliveries to customers, coordinating on logistical matters to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with established procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Production and Purchasing personnel to facilitate seamless order processing.

\xc2\xb7 Interact with customers to respond promptly and professionally to order inquiries, providing necessary information and support.

\xc2\xb7 Undertake project work and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with logistic, transport, and shipping departments to manage delivery schedules and handle related documentation for daily business activities.

\xc2\xb7 Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.

\xc2\xb7 Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and back-end support for the sales team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise and negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing and delivery terms to optimize procurement processes.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure the accurate handling and packing of stock in accordance with management\'s specifications before dispatching to customers.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Proven 2 - 3 years\' experience in sales support/operations or a similar role.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using relevant software and Microsoft Office for document preparation and data entry.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

\xc2\xb7 Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes.

\xc2\xb7 Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
