Position Objective

Lead and develop a strong sales operation team to provide effective and efficient sales operation support for Asia commercial leaders, business stakeholders and customers.

Principal Accountabilities * Build and coach a capable and motivated team with customer centric mindset.

• Work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and finance team and be responsible for end to end contract management.
• Supporting the Sales Manager on SAP quotation preparation and tender/bidding preparation, new customers onboarding and account creations.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction improvement by designing, leading and implementing professional customer complaint management process.
• Support in new sales system, product, project launch, customer activities, trial proposal process, sample arrangements, documents requested by customers.
• Monitoring and optimizing sales operation processes, policies and KPIs to improve the sales operation efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experience to coach and develop a performance based culture team with customer centric mindset and customer service capabilities.

• Bachelor degree (International trade/business/financial related major) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in similar position with knowledge in B2B / international trades.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build excellent relationships across the business
• Able to work with Malay, English, and Mandarin would be a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP and Saleforce.com (CRM) system will be an added advantage
