Description Primary Objective: Seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Banca Retail Operation Support team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing & provide technical supports to Banca Retail Business & Marketers. The candidate shall ensure that the activities are completed in accordance with Business initiative, operation tasks matter within timeline & standards. The role also includes identifying and driving process improvements in daily tasks and procedures, perform system testing and provide support to team members on operational activities to ensure all aspects of team activities are satisfactorily covered. Key Responsibilities: Operational:- Provide sales support to Business to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations Attend Telemarketing complaint request from customer and perform investigation & closure Liaise with respective person in-charge on follow up item Support & attend enquiries from Marketer / Customer Relationship Centre Prepare BAU report & tracking on Business request Monitor submission status, autodebit payment status & policy issuance Attend Telemarketing CFI case (cancel from inception), refer Call Centre to salvage Involve in System enhancement & implementation if any Demonstrate high level of competency and understanding in processing all activities with high level of accuracy. To ensure prompt escalation (as per escalation matrix) to superior for all matters which may present a potential business loss or customer\'s satisfaction concern. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s). Other skills required: Ability to learn quickly, transfers knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data. Ability to initiate process improvements. Ability to speak and understand English fluently, and has good conversational / telephone skills.
