Job Summary: Subject matter expert on funnel management, including but not limited to target setting, result tracking & reporting, data analytic and presentation, process improvement and monitoring. Collaborate with Regional Sales, Sales Operations, IT and distributors.
Your New Role:
- Design-in activity including target setting & actual reporting.
- Design-in to revenue conversion model.
- Opportunity reporting.
- Provide support in terms of data analytic, preparing output from such analytic process to strive for process improvement and data driven decisions.
- Review and understand end-to-end business process, assess key control, and identify deficiencies, improvement opportunities and analyze root causes.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and workflows and monitor progress and effectiveness.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Strong analytical skills, able to communicate summarized results and conclusions.
- In-depth analytical and predictive skills based on data analytics.
- Good stakeholder and cross-team management skills to bridge and collaborate on cross-functional requirements.
- Self-driven and proactive, team player.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint).
