Job Description


What you will be doing: You have a keen eye for detail and will play a fundamental role in achieving sales excellence.

  • Oversee CRM/Hubspot performance and various administrative tasks
  • Responsible for managing and analyzing sales data
  • Strategize on process improvements
  • Report sales and campaign results as needed
  • Organize and maintain sales collateral for access by the sales team
  • Work with the Head of Department to track and review sales team\xe2\x80\x99s monthly KPIs
  • Supports day to day operational execution of Sales Orders
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales operations excellence
  • Have a strong understanding of sales process to support the sales team where required
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned
What we need from you:
  • At least 3 years experience in sales operations management, sales support or process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software
  • Excellent Organizational skills for data management
  • Good Analytical skills for data interpretation
  • Meticulous and Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
