Work closely with Smollan and Mondelez Sales team for successful monthly big bets deployment, manage day to day on ground execution and on shelf availability How you will contribute You will:

• Work closely with Smollan team for successful monthly big bets deployment, manage day to day on ground execution and on-shelf availability.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Smollan team to identify on ground operation challenges and opportunities.
• Participate in the Daily Operations Execution Meeting (Mdlz + Smollan) \xe2\x80\x93 turning insights into action by ensure display executions, gold location, display size, planogram and poms usage for the day before and follow up with Modern Trade Team on next steps.
• Participate in the weekly Operations Modern Trade Execution Meeting (Mdlz + Smollan) \xe2\x80\x93 analyse and review perfect store performance by account including OSA & MSL and follow up with agreed next steps.
• Coordinate market visit route and ensure stores are at good condition.
• Drive on ground / add hoc initiatives \xe2\x80\x93 store heat map identification and compliance, COC blitz and compliance, competitor tracking
• Monthly store check or audit.
• Spend more than 50% of the time focusing on ground coaching for Supervisors and Merchandisers during store visit \xe2\x80\x93 ensure execution as excellence in store.
• Work closely with Key Account Team, cross functional stakeholders, Smollan team and Store Buyers to ensure operation excellence.

• Experience in sales operations or similar role
• Good knowledge in MS Excel & Power Point
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and well organized
• Ability to multitask.
