Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Present the company profile, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify new sales opportunities, prepare quotations and contract, negotiate pricing, and work toward increasing monthly sales targets. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management. Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and terms, and resolve any delivery or product issues. Monitor stock levels, plan transport schedules, and manage full import/export documentation to avoid delays and shortages. Ensure all procurement and sales activities follow company policies, e-Invoicing standards, and sales and service tax (SST) regulations. Maintain accurate records of sales and purchasing transactions and update ERP or Excel systems for real-time tracking. Work closely with internal departments such as finance, operations, marketing, and production to support end-to-end business processes. Responsible for business development and intelligence activities to support strategic sales growth and optimize purchasing decisions. Perform additional sales and purchasing-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Have good knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001. Professional knowledge of logistics and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP), along with relevant hands-on experience Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Established connections with specialty gas companies or Semiconductor companies.
Note: Salary is negotiable based on relevant working experience and qualification.
