We lead the way in the Superficial Venous and Drug Coated Balloon markets, caring for hundreds of millions of patients globally with lifesaving and life-enhancing therapies. This role has the opportunity to interact and collaborate with some of our key stakeholders while promoting Medtronic products.The sales representative II- PV will have direct sales responsibilities. While this is an individual contributor, the role will get an opportunity to mentor entry level sales professionals or manage sales processes and / or accounts involving multiple team members. Majority of the time will be spent establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Promotes and sells Medtronic\'s surgical products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic\'s products and/or services.Promotes and establishes education of the company\'s products and/or services.Conducts market research including customers and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities.Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.Conducts on-site educationHas to cover casesMust Have:Bachelor\'s degree in science is requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant experienceYour ProfileSales experience within the medical device industry preferably within the peripheral vascular space.Passion towards healthcare and in serving the health care practitioner group to create a positive impact on patientsBeing able to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issuesProven record of sales achievementsWhat We OfferWe recognize the personal worth of employees by providing an employment framework that allows personal satisfaction in work accomplished, security, advancement opportunity, and means to share in the company\'s success.
