Sales Representative
Job Description
Job Responsibility Key Responsibilities Issue Delivery Orders & Invoices for daily delivery purposes. Receive customer orders via phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face, and place orders. Make accurate and rapid cost calculations while providing customers with quotations. Be responsible for distributing news about the company\'s special promotions or price increases for products to customers. Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance. Daily record sales and order information, sending copies to the Production Department to prepare stock for delivery. Ensure the availability of stock for sales. Gather feedbacks from customers and share them with internal teams, analyze reports and customer satisfaction surveys. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Perform any other duties assigned or delegated by the management of the company. Job Requirements Languages: Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Minimum Diploma. Prior experience in business, management, or marketing is preferred. Fast learner with a passion for sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Job Benifits
