  • Accountable & responsible for thruput sales performance for by category.
  • Territory Category - Service assigned outlets as per journey plan /call card.
  • Promotion Compliance
  • Ensure Space is available during mailer/promotion period.
  • Additional space display.
  • Update Key Monthly Activities/Promotion.
  • Responsible for Product Distribution & Merchandising Standards
  • Ensuring full compliance of channel must have list.
  • Channel planogram and merchandising standard guideline.
  • Maximize usage of pos material and replace old once with new one.
  • Premium and New listing.
  • Winning Customers
  • Being the preferred Supplier.
  • Customer Service Level.
  • Negotiation of Road show / Activities.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Feedback on competitors\' activities & development to superiors for counter actions.
  • Usage of Call Card.
  • Availability of Stock
  • Ensure on shelf availability.
  • Minimize OOS.
  • Stock availability Information.
  • Market Hygiene
  • Practice FIFO in outlets to ensure products are fresh/clean for sales.
  • Market Return (WOW).

  • Basic merchandising experience.
  • Sales experience in FMCG.
  • Good communication skills.
