Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales (preferably in automotive parts industry)
5.5 day (Monday to Saturday) working basis
Ability to exceed sales target and build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong communication skills and able to provide exception customer service
Possess own transport and must be willing to travel outstation frequently
Responsibilities
To establish, develop and maintain business relationship with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business and maintain sales achievement for company;
To plan personal sales activities and strategies for set annual sales goals to meet throughout the year;
To facilitate, accelerate and coordinate with all departments on the processing of customer\'s order;
To follow up with customers on overdue term collection to reduce bad debts from customers;
To be responsible for taking care of customers issues and problems arising;
To handle goods returned from customers and provide after sales support as necessary;
To submit daily and monthly sales report to superior regarding sales activities, price list, customer complaints, market feedback and other related matters;
To be involve in marketing activities, sales promotions or campaign and assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events;
To promote internally, within the organization, and externally, to our customers, the company\'s mission, vision, code of ethics and values to emphasize on the proposition offered to our internal and external customers.
