Job Responsibility Managing the sales team to ensure that they are completing their tasks effectively and efficiently Coordinating sponsorships, advertising, and promotions to increase event attendance and awareness Developing pricing strategies based on market conditions, customer demographics, and competition Communicating with clients to determine their needs and objectives in order to create a successful event Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in high volume of Event Sales or hospitality industry Flexible thinker who can adapt selling strategies to changing market conditions and continue to reach sales performance objectives To develop and implement the events marketing strategy and develop products incorporating attractions and new technologies Superior guest service skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent follow-through Must have a professional demeanor with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Prior management of budgets, forecasting, and capital expenditures Maintains a flexible schedule to include working on weekends and holidays Positive attitudes and mindsets in the workplace, willing to learn and be a team player Possess own transportation and willing to travel Flexible to work after working hours, weekends and public holidays Job Benifits EPF SOCSO
