Job Responsibility Identify and engage potential clients through creative outreach strategies. Develop and prepare persuasive sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and digital content, tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and offer creative solutions that align with their goals. Maintain a deep understanding of our agency s offerings and creatively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that sales materials are on-brand and impactful. Track and analyze sales performance, refining strategies and materials based on feedback and results. Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and other gatherings to promote our agency and gather market intelligence. Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the creative, marketing, or advertising industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling and persuading others. Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and materials. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in RM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a basic understanding of design software being a plus. Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate.
