Job Description
- Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
- Strong verbal communication skills (English)
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers

- Outgoing personality, cheerful, and confident in interacting with people
- Ensure that customer inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with all relevant departments to provide better service to customers.
- To create awareness on the sustainability of plastic applications.
- To provide frequent updates on the latest market trends for related plastic products and the plastic industry.
- Work closely with the product development team to promote and introduce new products.
- Devise comprehensive marketing strategies to introduce the new product to the market.
