Job Description
- Persuasive communication to close client online thru Call / Whatsapp / PM-DM (social media)
- Have a basic knowledges about phone
- Experienced in online selling & direct selling
- Able to travel and work in a team, high teamwork tolerance
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Skilled in customer relationship management or communication skills
- To achieve targets according to the set KPI
- Ability to conduct calls / whatsapp / DM / PM
- Do basic posting at social media
- Ensure customer satisfaction through good service
- Accurately describe product features
- Comply to company policies and operation procedures
