Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the client base.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of discipline.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and logistics solutions.
Presentation for action plan in interviews needed.
