Job Details:
Position : Sales & Service Administrator (Mandarin Speaker)
Company Industry : Engineering
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)
Working Location : Kawasan Perindustrian Temasya, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

Working Duration: 6-12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Contract-to-permanent )
Remuneration : Basic salary range RM2,800 to RM4,000 (based on experience) with statutory contribution+ leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Experience as Executive Assistants (EA) in SMEs will be strongly considered.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required.
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin as this role primarily focused on communication with Mandarin-speaking client
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
  • Able to start in short notice
  • Open only for Malaysian
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sales Support
  • Assists Service Team in scheduling service appointments with clients
  • Supports Sales Team on administration tasks
Office Administration
  • Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup.
  • Support departments like HR and Finance on documentation and administrative tasks
  • Take care of office arrangements in ensuring the workplace conditions
  • Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Drafts reports and correspondence.
  • Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
Employee Engagement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the overall employee experience and increase engagement levels.
  • Develop and execute programs that promote employee recognition, wellness, and work-life balance.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns.
  • Organize activities that strengthen employee relationships and morale.
