We are hiring for Mandarin Speaker! Position Title: Sales & Service Administrator (Mandarin Speaker) Contract Duration: 6-12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Temasya, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00 pm. (Monday to Friday) Salary: RM 3,000 to RM 4,000 (depends on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement Roles & Responsibilities: Sales Support Assists Service Team in scheduling service appointments with clients Supports Sales Team on administration tasks Office Administration Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup. Support departments like HR and Finance on documentation and administrative tasks Take care of office arrangements in ensuring the workplace conditions Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Drafts reports and correspondence. Orders supplies and equipment maintains service contracts on office equipment. Employee Engagement Identify and implement opportunities to improve the overall employee experience and increase engagement levels. Develop and execute programs that promote employee recognition, wellness, and work-life balance. Act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns. Organize activities that strengthen employee relationships and morale. Requirements: Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative services or related fields. Experience as Executive Assistants (EA) in SMEs will be strongly considered.
