Responsible for spare parts and service order processing, service agreement compliance checking, and daily reports generation
Make quotation for customer in time, and follow up the orders
Handling purchase orders: maintain material in the ERP, place order for spare parts on demand, etc
Process spare parts fill up, pick up and return order in ERP, make service order according to engineers\' service report
Preparation of documentation for logistics and custom clearance
Track customer payments and issues invoices. Make relevant reports
Assist on some other office affairs according to instructions
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Admin, International Business or related background
1 to 3 years of working experience in trading industry with regional business
Experience in ERP would be an advantage
Good communication skill in both written and spoken English and BM
Excellent documentation skills in English
Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility, and customer orientation
Ability in multitasking, teamwork and can work independently
