Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM or Diploma in any field. Degree holder is also welcome to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical knowledge on heavy equipment products will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of working experience in sales and marketing, \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be proficient in IT with good command of Microsoft Office programs, \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude, \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu. Responsibility : \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote Sime Darby Industrial (SDI) new machine, rental and used of Cat and Shandong products and After Sales solutions (parts & services) to generate revenue and profit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop new business with existing customer base and develop new customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring all collections are done on timely basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Systematically plan for sales coverage activities at the designated territory. All sales related activities are to be registered in SalesLink CRM on regular basis (daily or weekly). \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for promoting the Sime Darby Industrial (SDI) new machine, rental and used of Cat and Shandong products and Parts & Services Merchandising Program such as Customer Service Agreement (CSA) and Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS). \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote any parts sales and service sales campaign launched by the SDI and ensure all customers are aware and understand the benefits of these campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains good customer relationship and continues building positive corporate image. \xe2\x80\xa2 Courteously address Customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint fairly and timely. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for a close working relationship with the Operations \xe2\x80\x93 Service & Parts Operation, Credit Control Departments to help achieve sales objectives.
