Job Description

Drive business growth by identifying, approaching, and securing new prospects. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their web design and digital marketing needs. Actively pursue new business opportunities through a strategic combination of traditional sales methods and digital channels. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations highlighting software, web design, and digital marketing solutions. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads. Lead negotiations and close deals by emphasizing the unique value propositions offered. Analyze sales and marketing data to forecast trends, track performance, and generate reports. Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support aligned to client needs. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Guide and mentor junior sales team members on sales techniques, digital marketing strategies, and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience. Strong ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and web design solutions. Proficient in using CRM software, social media platforms, and sales tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
