Job Description


Responsibilities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries promptly. Provide product demonstrations and technical information to clients, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, both in terms of revenue and units sold. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining profitability for the company. Develop a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and applications of company products. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments to effectively communicate product benefits to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with the market. Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer assistance. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, highlighting achievements and potential areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Physics, Chemistry or Engineering). Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B sales within the lab equipment industry. Strong network within the scientific and research community is a plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
