Job Responsibility Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide information about available products and services. Address customer inquiries, offering guidance on product features, pricing, and technical specifications. Provide after-sales support, handling returns or exchanges Assist sales representatives in generating quotes, preparing invoices, and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently. Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, update product listings, and ensure availability of products. Manage administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining sales documentation. Assist in organizing promotional events, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns. Assist sales person by providing quotation, invoice or after sales services to customers. Record and control inventory stock using the system Prepare documents such as invoices or reports for filing purposes Replying to emails, answering calls or contacting customers related to sales Job Requirements Fresh graduate are welcome Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines efficiently. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sales documentation, order processing, and other administrative tasks.
