Job Description


Job Responsibility Achieve and maintain the sales requirement of the store manager. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of merchandise to customers. Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer s reference. Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items. Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase. Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options. Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company s products. Monitor inventory by means of daily checks and stock takes. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up hanging mobiles. Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor. Job Requirements Minimum graduated with SPM qualification Computer literate Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu, ability in speaking and writing Mandarin is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome Job Benifits EPF SOSCO
