Key Responsibilities: This is a full-time role as a Sales Specialist at KidoCode\'s Kuala Lumpur HQ. You\'ll be instrumental in scheduling trial classes for kids and their parents, managing presentations, overseeing registrations, and conducting follow-ups. Your role is crucial in guaranteeing a fantastic first impression and ongoing support for our prospective clients. Lead Generation and Follow-Up : Utilize your understanding of Tech, Business and AI courses of Kidocode to effectively call, invite, and schedule parents for Free Trial Classes, showcasing how our products stand out in the tech-education field Engagement in Tech-Oriented Trial Classes : Assist in Free Trial Classes with a focus on Tech, Business, and AI education, managing registration, and supporting package presentations that highlight our tech-driven approach. Informed Customer Communication : Provide detailed information to customers, and confidently address any related objections or concerns. Sales Development with a Tech Edge : Identify potential customers and initiate the sales process, with a focus on how our products boost students\' knowledge. Collaborate with the team to develop strategic, tech-centric sales approaches. Reporting and Analysis : Keep accurate call logs, prepare reports, and analyze data. Event Participation with a Tech Focus : Engage in KidoCode events, such as roadshows and exhibitions. Assist in gathering data, informing visitors about our tech-driven products, and distributing promotional materials. Professional Development Opportunities (Training Provided): Enhancement of IT and AI Knowledge: In line with our dedication to ongoing education, the Sales Specialist will be provided opportunities to expand their knowledge in Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence. This knowledge is critical in navigating today\'s technology-centric market, enabling more effective sales strategies and improved client engagement. Expertise in Education and Software Products Sales: The position involves comprehensive training in the sales of educational and software products. This training will arm the Sales Specialist with essential skills and insights necessary to succeed in these evolving markets, granting an advantageous position in the sector. Requirements: Experience in Sales & Marketing Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
