Tanggungjawab

• Plan, direct, and coordinate sales and marketing activities for businesses or organizations, or for businesses providing sales and marketing services to other businesses and organizations.
• Plan and organize special sales and marketing programs based on sales records and market assessments.
• Determine pricing schedules, discounts and delivery terms, promotional budgets, sales methods, special incentives, and events.
• Establish and oversee operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities.
• Lead and manage the activities of sales and marketing staff.
• Plan and direct daily operations.
• Develop and manage budgets, control expenditures, and ensure effective use of resources.
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance.
• Represent the business or organization at sales and marketing meetings, trade exhibitions, and other forums.
