Job Responsibility Looking for sales in physical stores and online through WhatsApp and on all Mommyzone social media platforms Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries across various Mommyzone social media platforms Consulting with customers in selecting suitable breast pump purchases and funnel sizes Providing product explanations to customers Upselling and cross-selling products during sales Following up with customers and potential customers Responsible for professionally resolving any customer complaints Other tasks assigned by the company from time to time Job Requirements Proficient in using social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Shopee Minimum SPM qualification Friendly and easily understandable communication skills Positive and enthusiastic team player Good customer service skills Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays Salary range from RM1600 to RM2000 Job Benifits Fixed salary Commission up to RM100-RM400 Provided with KWSP, EPF & Socso Enjoyable, relaxed, and air-conditioned working environment Annual leave Annual salary increment Working hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9 am - 6 pm, and Friday 9 am - 2:30 pm. Off day: Saturday
