Job Responsibility To perform day to day general administrative tasks Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls Handle sales inquiries and provide assistance Recording documents flow and filing Order processing , data entry Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as when required Working closely with the sales team Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least min SPM/\'O\' Level/ Diploma Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Internet savvy Excellent communication skills.
