Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the retail and trading businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Utilize your solid knowledge of paper packaging and materials to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products to customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
• Take an aggressive approach in seeking out and engaging potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and technical support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to showcase our products and secure new business.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on packaging solutions, industry best practices, and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and advancements in packaging technology to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely with the procurement team and leverage your understanding of purchasing and procurement processes to establish strong relationships with buyer and procurement professionals.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the retail and trading businesses.
• Solid knowledge of paper packaging and materials, including industry trends and customer preferences.
• An aggressive and results-oriented personality with a strong drive to seek out new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement within the packaging industry is highly welcomed.
• Excellent Mandarin speaking skills to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills to secure new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
