Job Responsibility Assist in quotation preparation Process daily Sales Order, Purchase Order & Delivery Order Maintain update and accurate excel data base for Sales Team Process weekly Sales Report for sales tracking purposes To ensure all documents key in system or excel and proper filling Provide general administrative and operational support as required by Sales Team Organizing and maintain files and records Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking Any other tasks and duties assigned from time to time Job Requirements Must possess at least SPM/Diploma level and above Discipline, self-motivated and independent Computer literate Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English Experience preferred in Food & Beverage/Catering/Service field Able to travel when required Excellent verbal and written communications skill Preferably some working experience in administration work Job Benifits EPF, SOCSO & SIP Staff meals Medical benefit Allowance Transportation Performance Bonus Commission eligible for those who qualified
