Job Description
- Plan daily sales target and submit the weekly manpower schedule
- Conduct morning briefing \xe2\x80\x93 brief on the daily shop\xe2\x80\x99s and personal target and product focus.
- Conduct night briefing \xe2\x80\x93 to brief on sales performance and areas of improvement require to ensure progressive improvement.
- Ensure maximum cleanliness and tidiness daily.
- Ensure all furniture, display panel and structure in outlets and counters are in good condition.
- Ensure physical stock counts is tally with the stock status report and / or daily stock movement.
- Assist the Sales Consultant to handle customers complaint.
- Feedback issues on outlets operations, sales consultants\xe2\x80\x99 discipline and customers feedback to Area Manager from time to time in accordance to urgency.
- Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any disciplines
- Possess leadership quality and self driven
- A team player, pro-active and able to motivate the team
- Strong communication and interpersonal, problems solving skills
- Result oriented
