Vacancy at Kuching, Sarawak. Position : SALES SUPERVISOR Our Business : Providing apartments for customer to stay. Job Scope : 1. To contact Government Agencies to offer our accomodation services for short, mid or long term tenancies. 2. To contact Multi National Companies & SMEs to offer our accomodation services for short, mid or long term tenancies. 3. After offering our services to Government Agencies & Multi National Companies, you will be required to close and secure sales in terms of booking nights. 4. Building relationships with our potential and current customers. 5. Getting public reviews from our customers. 6. Maintaining and improving our current membership programme for frequent return customers. 7. Handling of offers and promotions. 8. Handling and supervising sales team. 10. Achieving sales targets and closing sales. Requirement :
1) MUST have at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
2) MUST have minimum 2.0 years in sales related field and or have a good connection / relationship in the hospitality circle.
3) MUST be willing to travel.
4) MUST have valid Driving License and OWN car as transportation.
5) MUST have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6) MUST be able to handle immense pressure.
7) Mandarin speakers will be extra advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month Benefits:
