Lead and supervise a team of Beauty Consultants / Sales Promoters to achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the team.
Ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage outlet operations including stock arrangement, merchandising, and display standards.
Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for sales staff.
Prepare sales reports, analyze results, and implement action plans for improvement.
Work closely with management to plan promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand image.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Beauty or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales / retail (beauty or cosmetics industry is an added advantage). Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
