Job Description

- Upon receive Intent Order from salesperson, prepare purchase contract & submission via CRM system, Proforma Invoice, Official Receipt, Invoice (for customer), Delivery Order (DO), Form \xe2\x80\x93 Delivery Schedule, Acknowledgement letter (for VOC), related documentation for financing institution (for loan machines), and other necessary documents as required. - Maintain and update sales records. - Create new customer code in CRM system. - Photocopy of registration card. - Process paperwork and filling. - Ensure payment status for all sales are updated & matched accordingly in the CRM system. - Monitor payment status for all sales, and to attend to all long outstanding accounts receivable issues. - Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
